Join Carmen on Wednesday 13th June for a Soundbath in an intimate Art Studio in Moonee Ponds

You are invited to a Soundbath Meditation evening with Carmen Warrington, in a private and intimate Art Studio in Moonee Ponds.

You are welcome to join us afterwards for a cup of tea.

The evening will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by Soundbath

What to bring: Due to size of studio, this will be a seated event (not lying on yoga mats). Feel free to bring cushions, shawls and rugs to make yourself comfortable in the dining chair seating.

You are welcome to bring your crystals from home for a cleanse/recharge in the beautiful vibrations of the Alchemy Crystal singing bowls, Japanese singing bowls, gong and chimes.

Address: A private and intimate Art Studio in Moonee Ponds. Address will be provided when you book.

Date: Wednesday 13th June 2018.

Time: Please arrive 7.00pm for a 7.15pm start until 8.15pm
